I'm an experienced litigator, but I had a big argument coming up before a state Supreme Court and wanted to make sure I was conveying my client's position as clearly and confidently as possible. I hired Sara to help me prep, and she gave me some great tips and a few new perspectives on how I deliver my arguments. During my court appearance, I went to speak and no sound came out. Instead of panicking, though, I immediately thought "What would Sara tell me to do?" I took a deep breath, had a sip of water, and restarted with no problem the rest of the time.
I'm incredibly grateful for Sara's support and insight, and highly recommend her to any other women in the legal field who want to up their game.

10+ Years Coaching Presentation Skills
Coach for individuals, nonprofit organizations, and multi-million dollar corporations
I first met and began working with Sara over 15 years ago. Beyond her acute appreciation for the mechanics of effective public speaking and the art of performance, I'm struck by Sara's exceptional capacity to meet people where they are, to provide insightful and actionable feedback, and unlock her clients' full potential. As an attorney, I deeply value Sara's keen intellect, her off-the-chart EQ, and her perspective as a non-lawyer to see my blind spots and coach me through them.

I'm not a lawyer. But I do have a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies and have been coaching and consulting on public speaking and presentation skills for over a decade. And over the years, I've noticed something.
It became very clear that there was a real need to help women in the law feel more confident, authentic, and prepared for scenarios as diverse as court cases, mediations, client meetings, conference presentations, and CLE teaching opportunities.
And me not being a lawyer was actually an asset. Colleagues and peers can help you prep your content and arguments. But I offer a non-lawyer's perspective on presentations, in addition to looking at public speaking from a performance perspective (How do you hold yourself? Do you need help remembering to breathe? Could we add some more variation in your tone of voice to make you more compelling to the listener?).
My coaching offers a comprehensive approach to tackling presentation challenges head-on, providing lawyers with the skills needed to excel in public speaking and to advocate effectively in all aspects of a law career.
